Thank you for shopping at Arizona Batting Club! We want to get your baseball gear into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing & Fulfillment Times

In-Store Pickup: Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically ready within 2–4 business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Shipments: All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Schedule: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during the start of the spring season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Baseball equipment like team gear bags, batting cages, pitching machines, and bulk baseball buckets are considered oversized or heavy.

These items may incur an additional handling fee at checkout.

Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Damages, Lost Packages, & Insurance

Arizona Batting Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for high-value items like premium composite and alloy baseball bats.
Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Receipt: A valid store receipt or loyalty account record is required for all processing.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Bats: Non-defective bats cannot be returned once the wrapper is removed or ball marks are present.

Custom Goods: Custom uniforms, engraved bats, and personalized gear are final sale.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
